Customizable Columns

Both the search results & workspace product table are able to be customized the display the data that is most relevant to your use case. Setting up customized columns is quick and easy and can be done on the fly. The current column set is saved to your profile and will load up automatically on all future sessions.

To start customizing your columns, simply click the Customize Columns button from the search page.

This will open the column customization modal where you can see and rearrange your current column set, select new columns, or reset the column layout. To rearrange the columns, simply drag the column header in the example table to where you would like it to be.

Please note: resizing columns is not currently supported functionality, as each column will resize to best fit on the screen and display their content.

Vendor Columns

There are two types of vendor columns, Standard and Dense. The standard columns will display high level vendor information and the dense columns will display as much information as possible on the page.

The Standard columns show the price and availability for the given vendor. If there are price breaks, a price range will be shown, or a single price will be shown for products with no price breaks.

The Dense column will show all of the price levels and if Desired Quantity is filled out on the Search Criteria, the price at that level will be shown in bold.

The Best Price column will show the vendor with the best price at your desired quantity. If no vendors have sufficient quantity, then the in stock vendor with the best price will be shown and a warning that they do not have sufficient quantity will be included. If no vendors have stock, then the lowest priced vendor will be shown and the column will be in grey to indicate no vendors have stock.

You can customize which vendors are excluded from the Best Price calculation by selecting the vendor from the Exclude in Best Price field in the search criteria.
