September 2024 Release
The following features & fixes were released in September
Multi-Contact Import - The contact management page now allows importing multiple contacts from your connected CRM / PSA. Simple Search for the contact name or company, and check which contacts you would like to import.
Storefront Validation - We have added additional validation to the storefront setup panel, including requiring the storefront name and sub url field, as well ensuring there are no duplicate sub urls
Storefront Preview Button - You can now easily preview your storefront by clicking the Preview button from the storefront management page. This will automatically log you into the storefront.
Storefront Settings Automatic Cache Clear - You no longer need to wait 15 minutes for storefront settings to apply. Instead changing any storefront setting will automatically clear the cache of that storefront.
ConnectWise Service & Agreement Items Create New Products - Items imported from your ConnectWise PSA that have a type of Service or Agreement will no longer match with existing products in your Adaptive Catalog System based on Manufacturer Part Number. This should eliminate scenarios where products in your PSA like “Service - Fixed Fee” would be matched with “Service - Fixed Fee” from various distributors.
Storefront Order Notes - You can now require customers using your storefront to fill out a note field before placing their order. You can add instructions to the notes field, which is presented to the customer.
Bug Fixes
Resolved issues with scheduled imports not running if the schedule was not changed from the default schedule
API calls creating products on catalogs that do not exist will now return an error instead of silently failing
